Regulations of the UKRAINIAN OPEN tournament - 2020.

DATES of the tournament:

Friday 20 November - Saturday 21 November 2020.

Registartion deadline: Friday 13 November 2020.

Total Tournament Prize Money: $ 4,000.

Men PSA Closed Satellite (max 16 players)

Women PSA Closed Satellite (max 16 players)

Men Amateurs (max 32 players)

Women Amateurs (max 16 players)

Boys under 15 (max 16 players)

Girls under 15 (max 16 players)

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:

20.11.2020. Friday:

10:00. Start of the main games in all categories.

21.11.2020. Saturday:

10:00. Continuation of games in all categories. Final games in all categories.

20:00. Official award ceremony and closing party of the tournament. The place of party and format will be announced later by organizing committee.

Awards.

Total Tournament Prize Money: $ 4,000.

Information on the allocation of the prize pool in the field will be published on the eve of the tournament.

Winners and prize winners in all categories will be awarded with cups, medals and valuable prizes from our partners.

TOURNAMENT APPLICATION.

All players must complete and submit an application form by Friday 13 November 2020.

The application form is on the official page of the tournament in RankedIn program.

ENTRY FEE.

Participant Tournament package:

1400 UAH / 50 $ per person, including at least 4 games in the tournament, water, fruit, sweets near the courts, official T-shirt of the tournament + participation in the ceremony of awarding and closing the tournament. The place of party and format will be announced later by organizing committee.

All players must pay a deposit by transferring money by Friday, November 13, 2020, to the following requisites:

When sending the deposit, please, take into account the commission and IMPORTANTLY in the note or in the payment order indicate the name + surname of the participant of the tournament.

Without submitting the application form and pay a participant's package until Friday 13 November 2020, the player will not be included in the tournament.

AWARD CEREMONY and TOURNAMENT CLOSING PARTY.

Evening program:

November 21, 2020

20:00 - the beginning of official award ceremony. The place of party and format will be announced later by organizing committee.

All participants in the tournament receive a ticket to the ceremony in a participant's package.

To attend the closing ceremony of the tournament ONE adult is allowed free of charge to accompany the player in the kid’s category.

The cost of entrance to the festive evening for guests - 500 UAH.

Tickets can be purchased from the organizers directly in the evening.
