Squash camp with Omar Abdel Aziz is a unique chance for our juniors

Omar Abdel Aziz is a star coach known worldwide for his titled athletes. Very soon, on October 22-26, he will come to Dnipro to hold a camp for Ukrainian juniors.

The Squash Federation of Ukraine talked to the organizer and head of the camp - Alexander Bulgakov.

- Alexander, why did Omar Abdel Aziz choose the camp for juniors?

- In addition to coaching top players - Nouran Gohar, Omar Abdel Aziz, Mazen Hisham, Youssef Ibrahim, he has worked a lot and works with juniors. For 4 years he headed as the head coach of Wadi Degla Squash Academy, was the head coach of the national junior national team of Egypt, by the way with him they became World Champions.

- How did you manage to agree and organize the arrival of the star coach to Ukraine?

- It was a great luck to agree with Omar Abdel Aziz on his visit to Ukraine (FC Pride). Omar is always in the training process in Cairo, has a very busy schedule, because his players are constantly performing in various competitions and at a very high level. When the opportunity arose, I usually without hesitation undertook to organize his arrival and training for our players, and the federation supported my initiative and provided support for this process.

- For juniors, what age is the camp designed for and what training?

- And why can't we make a camp for juniors all over the country? The training camp is suitable for the most promising, talented, those who dream of playing at a high level.

- It is very cool that our children do not need to go to Egypt, and they will be able to train at home. It will significantly reduce costs, but still it is not cheap?

- The main part of the budget, upon the arrival of the coach from Egypt, lies on the shoulders of the parents of those who have already agreed to the camp. For the training of children who can not afford, you need the help of patrons and sponsors.
