International Junior Tournament Czech Junior Open 2022, Prague

ESF from 20.01.2022 to 23.01.2022 holds a tournament among juniors "CZECH JUNIOR OPEN 2022", in Prague, Czech Republic.

On January 5, 2022, the organizers of this tournament will make the final decision, the organizers ask not to send cash contributions to this date.

The application must contain the following player data:

Full name; 2. Date of birth; 3. ESID; 4. Age category; 5. Place in the national rating; 6. T-shirt size; 7. Which package of the participant is selected; 8.Code certificate (if available) 9. Name of the trainer or accompanying person, his mail and contact phone number, his code certificate in PDF format (the coach must be fully vaccinated).

Current rules of the Czech Republic:

Only fully vaccinated or those who have had Covid-19 in the last 6 months can compete. Only those under the age of 18 who can take the PCR test in 72 hours are exempt. This applies to all involved - players, coaches, parents, fans, and the same rule applies to the entrance to a sports club, hotel or restaurant.

Upon arrival in the Czech Republic, you do not need to do another PCR test, you will do an antigen test every day of the competition.

Coaches

All team or individual players coaches appointed by their country as part of a team in any ESF-sponsored championship must be registered with the ESF, ie have ESID as their license to participate as an official representative.
