The future of Ukrainian squash: Cup among juniors

This weekend Lviv gathers young talents of Ukrainian squash. November 13 at FC SquashFit Center at st. Shchyretska, 36 the Junior Cup will take place.

The competition will be held in accordance with the International Rules on squash on 4 courts in a one-on-one format in the following categories:

Boys age: up to 9 years; up to 11 years; up to 13 years; up to 15 years; up to 17 years.

Girls age: up to 13 years; up to 17 years.

"Ukrainian juniors have extraordinary potential. Our squash youth is talented and active. We try to organize the maximum number of competitions in Ukraine in order to develop each player, create opportunities to open up and become a professional at the national and later - international level. So we are looking forward to the girls and boys on November 13 in Lviv, ”commented Alyona Ohonesyan, Vice President of the Squash Federation of Ukraine.

The competition will be held in compliance with all quarantine restrictions.

During November and December, Ukrainian juniors will also gather to show their skills at the Dnepr Junior Tour 2021 and Lviv Junior Tour 2021.

The event was organized with the support of the Squash Federation of Ukraine and the Lviv Regional Squash Federation. Valery Fedoruk and Denis Podvorny take an active part in organizing the event.
