Ukrainian Open 2022
Draws and schedule of the UKRAINIAN OPEN`2022 tournament.
The Squash Federation of Ukraine and the Popko Brothers Foundation invite all squash players to the Ukrainian Open 2022 charity tournament, which will be held on September 23-24 at the Grand Prix Club courts!
We are glad to announce that the initiative of the Popko Brothers Foundation - "Heat the Ukrainian fighter" aims to collect 1 million hryvnias for the purchase of heating systems, which will help more than three thousand Ukrainian soldiers this winter!
In turn, the FSU gave the tournament official status and the highest category A, so that your earned points will be included in the national ranking!
By participating in the Ukrainian Open, each of you can join this project and bring our victory closer.
CATEGORIES OF PARTICIPANTS
Men Pro (Maximum 16 players)
Women Pro (Max 16 players)
M1 (maximum 32 players)
M2 (maximum 32 players)
M3 (maximum 32 players)
Lady (maximum 16 players)
The number of participants in each category can be changed at the discretion of the organizers.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:
09/23/2022. Friday:
09:00. The start of the main games in all categories.
09/24/2022. Saturday:
09:00. Continuation of games and final matches in all categories.
19:00. Official award ceremony and charity auction. The venue and format will be announced by the organizers later.
The tournament organizers reserve the right to change the game schedule depending on the number of registered players.
PRIZES
Winners and prize-winners in all categories will be awarded cups, medals and valuable prizes from our partners.
APPLICATION for the TOURNAMENT.
All players must complete and submit the application form by Tuesday, September 20, 2022. The application form is on the official page of the tournament in the RankedIn program.
STARTING FEE
Participant's tournament package:
The minimum contribution is UAH 1,500 per person, which includes a minimum of 4 games at the tournament, water, fruit, sweets near the courts + participation in the award ceremony and the closing of the tournament.
All funds collected will be used to purchase heating systems that will help more than 3,000 Ukrainian soldiers this winter.
All players must pay the fee by transferring money by Tuesday, September 20, 2022 to the following details:
5375 4112 0017 4642 – card number linked to the Bank.
When topping up the card, please take into account the commission and MUST specify the name and surname of the tournament participant in the note or in the payment order.
Without the submitted application form and payment of the participant's package by Tuesday, September 20, 2022, the player will not be included in the tournament grid.
In case of refusal to participate in the competition after drawing up the tournament schedule, the contribution is not returned.
AWARD CEREMONY and CLOSING OF THE TOURNAMENT.
Evening program:
09/24/2022.
18:00 - the start of the solemn ceremony.
The venue and format will be announced by the organizers later.
All participants of the tournament receive a ticket to the ceremony in the participant's package.
The entrance fee to the festive evening for guests is UAH 500.
Tickets can be purchased from the organizers by coming directly to the evening itself.
